Soccer TRAC honors released

Lima Senior soccer player Colton Fry has been named First Team by the Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC). Sam Sharik earned Second Team Honors. Honorable Mention awards went to Tyler Lesh, Cole Mericle and Kevin Samons. From the Lima Senior girls team, Ta’lor Washington, Kienna Brown and Maddie O’Connell earned Honorable Mention awards.

Volleyball players earn TRAC Honorable Mention

Lima Senior volleyball players Jurnie Phillips and Taja Oglesbee recently earned Three Rivers Athletic Conference Honorable Mention awards. Phillips is a senior and Oglesbee is a junior.

Lima Senior High School’s boys soccer team beat Toledo Start 4-2 Monday to advance to the Sectional Finals on Wednesday. Lima Senior racked up 775 yards Friday and rolled to a 62-38 win over rival Findlay. Quarterback Adrine Mitchell completed 17 of 24 passes for 329 yards.
