Soccer players garner TRAC awards

Lima Senior’s Cole Mericle has been named to the TRAC (Three Rivers Athletic Conference) Soccer Second Team. He is a senior. Honorable Mention Awards went to seniors Micah Rex, Morgan Twining and Janae Saavedra, juniors¬† Caden Fry and Jenna Wentling, and sophomore Josh Keys    

Fry signs with Heidelberg

Lima Senior High School soccer player Colton Fry has signed his National Letter of Intent to continue his education and play at Heidelberg University next year. Fry was a four-year varsity letter winner for the Spartans along with Team MVP. He earned 2017 1st Team All-TRAC, All-TRAC Academic, 2nd Team Northwest District, Northwest Ohio Scholastic

Soccer TRAC honors released

Lima Senior soccer player Colton Fry has been named First Team by the Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC). Sam Sharik earned Second Team Honors. Honorable Mention awards went to Tyler Lesh, Cole Mericle and Kevin Samons. From the Lima Senior girls team, Ta’lor Washington, Kienna Brown and Maddie O’Connell earned Honorable Mention awards.
